<br />J/~ f, .". <br />.r/ l:1 / If! <br /> <br />Page -9- <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE <br />REPORTS <br /> <br />LETTER OF THANKS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci stated that he would <br />like to thank all the Centennial Valley <br />Cmmnittee -. all the people who worked <br />on it, and also citizens who voted on <br />the Special Initiative Election. He <br />also wished to place a letter in the <br />Louisville Times thanking everyone <br />and would like to have all the members <br />of City Council sign it. <br />Mr. Wurl to take care of it. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Stated that: a CML meeting and the <br />Council meeting were on the same evening, <br />March 19th. Did anyone wish to change <br />Council meeting? No comments from Coun- <br />cil members:. Council meeting to be 3/19/81. <br />Inquired if a drop box could be installed <br />for water payments, and police fines. <br />Mr. Wurl wi.ll take care of it. <br />Mentioned there were a lot of used cars <br />at this location, inquired if a special <br />use permit had been issued. wurl to <br />look into i.t. <br />Thanked Acting City Clerk Mudrock for <br />the work devoted to the Special Election. <br /> <br />Drop Box for Water Payments <br /> <br />Autos on County Road & Rex St. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings <br />Lake Park <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Hioco if a date <br />had been set for a meeting on Lake Park? <br />Director Hioco advised he was awaiting <br />a map and time from the Urban Drainage <br />people, and as soon as he heard from <br />them would set up the meeting. <br />Thought a work order was set up 11/21/80 <br />for a stop sign at this location. <br />City Engineer Blanchard to check. <br />Engineer Blanchard advised they had been <br />ordered. <br />Inquired what use would be made of these. <br />Director Hioco advised an overflow of <br />Little League softball games, men's soft- <br />ball, and coed softball. <br />Inquired if this had been written yet. <br />Administrator Wurl advised staff was <br />working on it with department heads and <br />attorneys. <br />Mentioned there was a lot of dirt at <br />this location and since we are still <br />considering the realignment of Main St. <br />to the north, perhaps it best to let <br />developers know this is proposed before <br />any building starts. <br /> <br />Stop Sign - LaFarge & Walnut <br /> <br />School Signs - Catholic School <br />Ballfields at South Park <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival <br />City Vehicles Policy <br /> <br />Dirt - East of Safeway <br />
