<br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF PAY <br />ESTIMATE #12 - CITY HALL <br /> <br />POLICE CARS - AUTHORIZE PURCHASE <br />STATE BID <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />REPORT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Councilman Cummings <br />Tree Board <br /> <br />I <br />Practice Fields at Middle School <br /> <br />Garfield Court <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival <br /> <br />Trash East of Safeway <br /> <br />2/17/81 <br /> <br />Page - 12 - <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Pay <br />Estimate #12 - City Hall be paid <br />in the amount of $35,495.92. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br />Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Discussion was held re: interest <br />rates. <br />Councilman DelPizzo suggested that <br />we obtain quotes from Colorado <br />Central Credit Union to see what <br />their rates would be for lease- <br />purchase . <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br />the purchase of two police vehicles <br />be authorized at the lowest rate <br />of financing. Seconded by Council- <br />man Carnival. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />City Administrator's report be <br />accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br />by Councilman Heier. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Hioco - who <br />staffed the Tree Board. <br />His reply was Councilmen Carnival, <br />Meier, and Domenico, Carl Helbert, <br />Bill Elrod and him. <br /> <br />Inquired if there were any problems <br />with the practice fields at the <br />Middle School. <br />Director Hioco advised their schedule <br />was primary, but he was having no <br />problems. <br /> <br />Had a concern with Garfield Court, <br />there was a rescue call and the Fire <br />Dept. had difficulty finding this. <br />He requested that maps be given them <br />for neVif subdivisions and street <br />naming be explained to them, so this <br />does not reoccur. <br /> <br />Asked w~at could be done about the <br />dip at Garfield & Sunnyside Sts. <br />Administrator Wurl advised this <br />was on the priority list. <br />There is a small piece of land <br />
