RESCHEDULE - MARCH 17, 1981
COUNCIL MEETING

PAY ESTI~1ATE #12 - CITY HALL
AND CHANGE ORDER

APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER

2/17/81

Page - 11 -

AdministratorW'url advised Council
he had also a received another
letter from Don McKee and friends
stating their disagreement with
his COTI~ents on water. They wanted
him to consider the State Water
Engineer review Louisville's water
situation. Hr. Wurl requested
that the city's water engineer
answer Mr. McKee's request. He
then explained his reasoning -
the State Water Engineer addressed
this question in 1979 as part of
the review process of the Mall's
impact statement. His second
point \11aS that historically when
the state of Colorado is involved
with Louisville's analysis, they
have been unfair. It was his opinion
we had this same problem with all
state departments, i. e. land use,
water quality, geological survey,
etc. Also it is the City's policy
not to divulge our water sources.

Councilman Domenico moved that the
March 17th council meeting be re-
schedule for Harch 19, 1981. Se-
conded by Councilman Fauson.
Question called for. All in favor.
Motion carried 6-0.

The pay estimate was for $35,295.92
and a retainage of $5,000.00.
Adminis:trator Wurl also stated there
was a change order that was missed,
but had been discussed in the amount
of $407.50 for necessary changes
lighting in east stairway and sky
light. Each council member had
a copy of the pay estimate and
change order.
Councilman DelPizzo moved that the
change order in the amount of $407.50
be approved.
