Bellock advised because of <br />finalizing the details on the bond, <br />they could not proceed with construc- <br />tion until this meeting was held, <br />and hopefully would resume construction <br />within 30 days. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council <br />approve the amendment to Ordinance <br />#712. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that Ordinance <br />{/=7l2 be adopted as amended. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss advised Council the <br />reason for the two resolutions given <br />them was the Planning Commission <br />vote ended in a tie vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Kruger, 4730 Table Mesa Drive, <br />Boulder, Co. a representative for <br />Hc Stain Enterprises was present <br />for remarks and any questions. <br />He stated he wished to briefly go <br />over the reasons for the replatting <br />process for the Stockage, and felt <br />it was an improved plan. In the <br />new plan the number of homes was <br />reduced from 74 to 69. Original <br />plan was for single and multi- <br />family homes - new plan single <br />family detached homes. The size <br />of the lots was increased to 7,000 <br />sq. ft., to make a more cohesive <br />neighborhood. It would also result <br />in a more simplified street system. <br />Plan provided for private double- <br />drive courts, creating safe and <br />secure areas. The new plan also <br />increases open space by 4~ acres. <br />It would also allow Director Hioco <br />
