Call to order: Commission Chair John Honan called the meeting to order <br />at 6: 34 <br />II. Roll call: Commission members were informed that Andrew Berzanskis has <br />had to leave the Commission due to moving out of state. <br />Commission Members Present: Shelley Angell, Jonathan Ferris, John <br />Honan, and Scott McElroy <br />Commission Members Absent: Paula Elrod and Joe Teasdale <br />City Representatives Present: <br />Bridget Bacon, Museum Services Supervisor <br />Sharon Nemechek, Director of Library &t Museum Services <br />Catherine Wessling, Louisville History Foundation Chair <br />III. Approval of agenda: Members approved the agenda, vote 4 to 0 <br />IV. Public comments: None <br />V. Approval of May 18, 2022 regular meeting minutes: Members approved <br />minutes, vote 4 to 0 <br />VI. Updates on Museum - Bridget and Sharon: <br />A. Budget updates: The budget retreat with the City Council is on the <br />21St, and there are no new capital improvement requests for the <br />Museum, but the previous fund requests for the Historic Structure <br />Assessment may be rolled over from last year's budget.
