REGULAR lvIEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 16, 1980 Hayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Meier and Domenico. City Administrator Wurl, Ci.ty Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development guPP, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Parks & Rec. Hioco, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Dep. Clerk Varra. Absent Councilman Carnival. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ITEMS ENCLOSED NEW LOGO FOR COUNCIL CHA.."1BERS COUNCIL ITEMS BUNGALOW DRUG - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL COAL CREEK JUNCTION LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL BOARD OF APPEALS & ADJUST- MENTS - REAPPOINTMENTS Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutE~s of December 2, 1980 as presented. Councilman Domenico moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Neier. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci advised members of Council that the Logo on the north wall of the Council Chambers was given to us by Denny and Arlene Drumm, Jim Collins, and Gene Jicinsky. On behalf of himself and the Council members he thanked them sincerely, it is beautiful. Attorney Joss reported the application had been reviewed and it was in order. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Bun- galow Drug liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. Attorney Joss reported that the appli- cation was in order. Councilman Cummings moved that Coal Creek Junction liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci reported that two letters of application had been received from Bob Ross and Robert Davies. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Robert Davies and Bob Ross be reappointed to the Board of Appeals and Adjustment for terms of 2 years. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0.
