Administrator Wurl advised it <br />was his opi.nion because it permitted <br />the construction of a church. <br />Director Rupp advised that the members <br />of the Church wished to have recreational <br />type use of the land as well as construct- <br />ing a chureh. They will be required to <br />go through a Special Review Use hearing <br />for the Church. <br />Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss explained the resolution <br />dealt with the revitalization of down- <br />town Louisville. <br />Planner - Hike Randall had presented <br />each of the Council members with a copy <br />of a IIlemo describing the project and <br />requesting Council's recognition of <br />the Louisville Development Corp. as an <br />agency for revitalization in Louisville, <br />Planner Randall was present to answer <br />any questions. <br /> <br />Inquired if there were any additional <br />drawings he could present to Council. <br />Planner Randall explained that the <br />drawings were submitted by a Colorado <br />University student along with a survey <br />that had bE~en taken, and to date these <br />were the only drawings of the proposed <br />project. It was his thought that in <br />the future the LDC will come back to <br />Council with a more definite proposal. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the resolution in its <br />entirety. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Resolution <br />#38, Series 1980 - Louisville Development <br />Corp. be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Cummings. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of the resolution along with the <br />changes and additions to the Louisville <br />
