<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 18, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />!1eier and Domenico. Others present: City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer <br />Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, <br />Director of Parks & Rec. Hioco, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Dep. City <br />Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br />minutes of November 5, 1980 meeting as <br />presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />STORER CABLE TV - LEASE <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />All Council members had before them a <br />copy of the lease agreement. <br />Attorney Joss advised Council this was <br />a one year lease for shed number two <br />of the Paclamar dairy site, consisting <br />of 2,901 sq. ft. located at South 80th, <br />Louisville. The amount of the lease <br />will be $300 per month and the Storer <br />Cable TV pE~ople are to maintain the <br />building. Attorney Joss then asked for <br />Council's approval to give the Parks <br />& Rec. Director authority to enter into <br />the lease agreement. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the <br />Director of Parks and Rec. be authorized <br />to enter into the lease agreement with <br />Storer Cable TV. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order. Councilman Cum- <br />mings moved that Colacci's liquor license <br />be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />PASQUALE'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order.
