REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 18, 1980 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, !1eier and Domenico. Others present: City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Parks & Rec. Hioco, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Dep. City Clerk Mudrock. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of November 5, 1980 meeting as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Carnival moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS STORER CABLE TV - LEASE AGREEMENT APPROVAL All Council members had before them a copy of the lease agreement. Attorney Joss advised Council this was a one year lease for shed number two of the Paclamar dairy site, consisting of 2,901 sq. ft. located at South 80th, Louisville. The amount of the lease will be $300 per month and the Storer Cable TV pE~ople are to maintain the building. Attorney Joss then asked for Council's approval to give the Parks & Rec. Director authority to enter into the lease agreement. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Director of Parks and Rec. be authorized to enter into the lease agreement with Storer Cable TV. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Attorney Joss reported that the appli- cation was in order. Councilman Cum- mings moved that Colacci's liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0.
