Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order. Councilman Domenico <br />moved that Louisville Liquor Mart liquor <br />license be renewed. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order and was for New <br />Year's Eve from 6:00 P.M. Dec. 31, 1980 <br />to 2:00 A.M. January 1, 1981. Council- <br />man Fa:uson moved that the American Legion <br />Special Events License be posted and <br />a public hearing be set for December 2, <br />1980. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />RESOLUTION #37 - PINE <br />ST. PLAZA - FINAL PLAT <br />AND PUD <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />All council members had before them a <br />copy of Resolution #37, Series 1980. <br />Attorney Joss read the resolution in <br />its entirety. <br />Mr. Rick Bowler, 2563 J.Y~_:Ches.ter . Drive <br />Adams County, Colorado represented <br />Denise's International Restaurant. <br />The location - southwest corner of <br />Pine St. and Colorado Highway 42 (East <br />Street). <br />Mr. Bowler stated the project would be <br />done in 3 phases. <br />Phase I - Denise's International Restaurant <br />Phase II - Restaurant Expansion - Banquet <br />Room <br />Phase III - Professional office building. <br />Phase I to be completed first.. Bowler showed <br />designs. The area nearest the corner <br />intersection of Pine and 42 will be <br />dedicated as improved park area to <br />compliment the park area across the street <br />and north of the property. Phase I will <br />also include improvement of East Steet, <br />paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks and <br />landscaping.
