<br />ORDINANCE :fnOl <br />CARANCI REZONING, PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE :fnOl <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #706 REDUCING <br />THE SPEED LIMIT ON SOUTH <br />BOULDER ROAD FROM VIA APPIA <br />TO HIGHWAY 42 to 30 M.P.H. <br /> <br />Page - 4 - <br /> <br />11/18/80 <br /> <br />Joss read the ordinance by title only. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />:fn03 bE~ put out for publication and <br />the public hearing be set for December <br />16, 1980. Seconded by Councilman Del <br />Pizzo. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance #701 by <br />title only. Mayor Caranci opened the <br />public heari.ng and asked if there was <br />anyone in the audience in favor of the <br />rezoning. <br />Victor Caranci of Estes Park, owner of <br />the property stated he wished the land <br />to be rezoned from agriculture to Resi- <br />dential Low Density (RL) and proposed <br />to build single family and a townhouse <br />development. <br />Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone <br />opposed to the rezoning ordinance. None. <br />He then continued the hearing and <br />asked for remarks from Council. <br />Councilman I'leier inquired if any land <br />for parks would be given to the City. <br />Community Director Rupp informed him <br />that it had been and it would fit in <br />with the Hocheder land when it is annexed. <br />Councilman Carnival asked how many units <br />would be included in the RL density. <br />Director Rupp advised 3 - 3~ units <br />per acre - a total of 60 to 7.0 units <br />in the development. <br />Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />#701 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Fauson. Roll call vote <br />Meier - yes <br />DelPizzo - yes <br />Carnival - yes <br />Cummings - yes <br />Domenico - yes <br />Fauson .- yes <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance #706. Attorney Joss <br />read the ordinance by title only. <br />Mayor Caranci questioned the introduction <br />
