ORDINANCE NO. 700 PARK HOURS TABLED ORDINANCE NO. 702 & 703 ZURICK ANNEXATION AND ZONING TABLED RESOLUTION NO. 36 REGAL INVESTMENT FINAL PLAT & P.U.D. ELECTION DATE CENTENNIAL VALLEY ANNEXATION Minutes - page 3 October 21, 1980 Attorney Joss reported that since there was a change in the original ordinance, its pub- lication date was delayed, and there is a 10 day wait between publication and final action on ordinances, so this will have to be presented at the next meeting. Councilman Carnival stated that he did have several suggestions regarding the ordinance that he would like to have Council consider. 1. Season curfews 2. One park with a later curfew, ie. Cotton- wood park. He stated that he has talked with some students and felt that if the City would try to work with the students so they would have somewhere to go after games may be beneficial for the City. Councilman DelPizzo stated that if the 10:00 curfew is approved, it must include the ball parks and be closed at that time. It was noted by Councilman Cummings that a time extension permit can be issued in those types of instances. Attorney Joss reported that this item was not ready to due not receiving the legal descrip- tion which was necessary for the ordinances. This item was tabled. Mr. Chuck Bellock gave a presentation on the proposed medical facility along with the townhouses. He stated that there are approx- imately 82 parking spaces for the medical facility. He noted that they do have some doctors lined up for the facility and if all is in order they would be submitting for a building per- mit this week. After comments, .Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 36 in full. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution No.36 Series 1980 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0 Attorney Joss reported that they are submitting a position statement relative to the election date to the judge, who will in turn set the date for the Centennial Valley Annexation election.
