<br />Minutes - page 7 <br />October 7, 1980 <br /> <br />CLEAN UP AT PARKS <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings asked what the schedule <br />was for pick up at the parks. <br />Dir. Hioco stated that they try to get <br />each park twice a week and with fall coming <br />the schedule will slow down. <br /> <br />SIGN AT A & B <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings asked if the sign in <br />front of A & B has been moved. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would check on it. <br /> <br />WATER <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson stated that his water <br />also was strong with chlorine. <br /> <br />EAST STREET CORRECTION <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson thank Mr. Wurl and Public <br />Works department for resolving the problem <br />on East St. He noted that Mrs. Waugh <br />also wanted to extend her thanks. <br /> <br />POW WOW NAME <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci stated that he would like <br />the Pow Wow to give the City some consid- <br />eration on the name of the Pow Wow. <br /> <br />CUMMINGS PLANNING <br />COMMISSION RESIGNATION <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the resignation from <br />Don Cummings on the Planning Commission. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the letter <br />be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in <br />the amount of $98,666.27. Councilman <br />Meier moved that bills be approved and <br />checks issued for the same. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked about the police <br />bill from Sil-Terhar. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City mechanic <br />can do most of the things, but sometimes <br />has a heavy work load. <br /> <br />Recreation - purchase of pins. <br />Mr. Hioco stated that the Historical Comm. <br />will be sellLng the pins. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous - Amoco Oil why is it under <br />misc. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it can be broken down <br />and instructed Ms. Caranci to break it down <br />on the listing. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked Ms. Caranci to <br />identify the bills that are being reimbursed <br />by outside City Funds. <br /> <br />After comment, motion carried to approve <br />the bills. <br />
