CORP. <br />PROPOSED ANNEX. <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />POLICE COMPLAINT <br /> <br />SAFEWAY TRASH <br /> <br />HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WITH DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />CHLORINE <br /> <br />LAKE PARK REGRADING <br /> <br />Minutes - page 6 <br />October 7, 1980 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Mr. Suitts has re- <br />quested that the annexation request in <br />south Louisville be referred to the Planning <br />Commission so they may respond to neigh- <br />boring residents. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the matter <br />be referred back to Planning Commission. <br />Motion carried 5-1, Councilman Domenico <br />voting no. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico asked what was happening <br />with the police complaint. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he has a rough draft <br />of the findings and it should be finalized <br />in a couple of days. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival stated that he would <br />like to have Safeway close in their trash <br />receptacles as trash is blowing into the <br />nearby area. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked that staff look <br />into the possiblity of requiring the de- <br />velopers to complete both sides of the <br />highway in from of their developments, <br />with some sort of pay back schedule for <br />them for the future. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it would have to be <br />included in the annexation or subdivision <br />regulations. <br />Councilman Carnival asked that Council <br />consider the matter. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he has had <br />an extra amount of chlorine coming through <br />his water and asked that it be checked. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings asked about the regrading <br />of Lake Park by a grant. <br />Mr. Rupp stated that the City will receive <br />funds from Urban Drainage for the improv- <br />ments at Lake Park. <br />
