It is <br />for 3.2% beer on Sept. 1, from 8 - 5. <br />There were no comments, public hearing <br />was closed. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Fire <br />Dept. be allowed the special events lie. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion <br />carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Chairman Hinsberger requested that Mr. <br />James Fell be appointed to fill the <br />vacancy on LURHA. Council asked that <br />Mr. Fell be present at the next meeting, <br />before the appointment is made. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that a letter <br />be sent to Mr. Fell requesting he be <br />present at the meeting when the appointment <br />is made and that all persons requesting <br />appointments to all boards and commissions <br />be present at the meeting when the appoint- <br />ments are to be made. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Motion carried 4-0 <br /> <br />This was tablled until the September 2, <br />meeting so they persons could be in <br />attendance. <br /> <br />Rick Luce, 187 Harper St. stated that he <br />was concerned with the usage of the City <br />open space and asked what was actually <br />considered open space and what could be <br />put on it. <br />In regards to the Pow Wow he asked who <br />would be paying for public protection <br />and the needed utilities and what criteria <br />staff used to determine the proposed <br />Pow Wow facility was consistent to the <br />comp plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that the Pow Wow was not <br />on the agenda and that he questions <br />would be more appropriate under the <br />public hearing of the zoning change <br />ordinance, Ordinance 1f692. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance <br />had been propE~rly published on July 16, <br />and notice of public hearing on July 23, <br />and July 30, 1980. <br />
