TASTING WATER Councilman Caranci asked if there was any reason why the water was tasting bad. Mr. Wurl stated that he did not know it was tasting bad, but would check it out. Councilman Fauson thanked the staff for thetr services during the July 4 picnic. JULY 4 PICNIC THOMAS PROPERTY ON FRONT ST. Mr. Wurl stated that the dirt that was on the Thomas property on Front St. was to be spread out by Mr. Thomas and that it should be completed shortly. APPROVAL OF REPORT Councilman Caranci moved that the City Council comments and committee reports be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF BILLS City Attorney Joss read the bills in the amount of $72,637.73. Councilman Caranci moved that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Councilman Carnival asked about the resurveyings of alley. Mr. Wurl responded that the City tore out the survey marks at the property of Don Buffo and instructed him to get it re- surveyed and the City would pay for it. Rocky Mtn. Conslts. bill $13,161, Council- man Caranci asked that it be checked to make sure it was not a duplicate. Davidson Ditch bill for $432 irrigation. Mr. Wurl stated that the City has an agree ment with the Ditch company that the City will pay the extra amount necessary by virtue of the run off the City has from the filter plant. Park grading bill. Mr. Wurl stated this was for Lake Park, where the ditch company cleaned the ditch but didn't bother to clean up the remains cleaned out. DRCOG - Airport workshop luncheon bill for David Stahl on June 23, 1980. Mr. Wurl stated that he would check on the bill, but did not think the date on the bill was correct as Mr. Stahl was not employed by the City on June 21, and the
