<br />Minutes - Page 10 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that he and <br />Chief Leesman will meet with the Fire <br />Chief and clarify this with the State <br />Statutes. <br /> <br />CAT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci stated he thought the <br />Cat Ordinance should be discussed again. <br /> <br />WEEDS <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson had complaints about <br />weeds also. A discussion was held and <br />he suggested that the fine be increased <br />to $15.00 for first time notices, or <br />that after 10 days from notification <br />the City cut the weeds and bill the owner. <br /> <br />EAST STREET <br /> <br />Complaint that the red ash placed there <br />was causing a dust problem. <br /> <br />SUPREME COURT <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson stated that he was <br />present at the oral arguments McKee vs. <br />City of Louisville and wished to congrat- <br />ulate our attorneys on a job well done. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson requested an executive <br />session be called immediately after ad- <br />journment to discuss a personnel problem. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the council <br />comments and committee reports be accepted <br />and placed on file. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Del <br />Pizzo. All in favor.
