REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 3, 1980 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Police Chief Leesman, Dir. Com- munity Dev. Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF HINUTES ENCLOSURES COUNCIL ITEMS NEW OFFICER LEUKEMIA SOCIETY 3.2% BEER LIC. SPECIAL EVENTS PUBLIC HEARING COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL CONST. INC. PAY EST. #5 CITY HALL REMODEL Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the May 20, 1980, meeting as presented. Councilman Carnival moved that the enclo- sures be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. Police Chief Rod Leesman introduced the new officer on the police force, Angie Chromiak. City Attorney Joss stated that the Special Events 3.2% Beer application is for June 29, 1980 at 945 Courtesy Road, Miners Field, at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. It has been properly posted. Mayor Waschak opened the Public Hearing. There were no comments for or against the application. It was asked by Council if the City was responsible for the clean up. There is no cost to the city for clean up. Mayor Waschak closed the Public Hearing. Councilman Fauson moved that the 3.2% _ Special Events License be granted for June 29, 1980, 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Com- mercial Industrial Const. Pay Est. #5 for $125,180 be approved. Councilman Caranci seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0.
