<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 3, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Police Chief Leesman, Dir. Com- <br />munity Dev. Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF HINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURES <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />NEW OFFICER <br /> <br />LEUKEMIA SOCIETY 3.2% BEER <br />LIC. SPECIAL EVENTS <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL <br />CONST. INC. PAY EST. #5 <br />CITY HALL REMODEL <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the May 20, 1980, meeting as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the enclo- <br />sures be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Police Chief Rod Leesman introduced the <br />new officer on the police force, Angie <br />Chromiak. <br /> <br />City Attorney Joss stated that the Special <br />Events 3.2% Beer application is for June <br />29, 1980 at 945 Courtesy Road, Miners <br />Field, at 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. <br />It has been properly posted. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the Public Hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against <br />the application. <br /> <br />It was asked by Council if the City was <br />responsible for the clean up. There is <br />no cost to the city for clean up. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the 3.2% _ <br />Special Events License be granted for June <br />29, 1980, 7:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. <br />Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Com- <br />mercial Industrial Const. Pay Est. #5 <br />for $125,180 be approved. Councilman <br />Caranci seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br />
