<br />Minutes - page 5 <br />June 3, 1980 <br /> <br />CONSULTANT CONTINUED <br /> <br />is for the housing project for low <br />income housing, which will be sponsored <br />by HUD. <br /> <br />WEEDS CORNER OF LINCOLN <br />& LAFAYETTE STREET <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked that the owner <br />of the property be asked to cut his <br />weeds or a summons be issued. <br /> <br />ALCOHOL IN PARKS <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he supported <br />the aJcohol regulations in the parks <br />and stated that the young people should <br />take responsiblity for their actions. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo recommended that <br />the city check out a spot where the <br />kids could have their beer parties. <br />Mr. Stahl stated that he and Chief <br />Leesman have discussed that and felt <br />that it would be a great risk for the <br />City to have such a spot. <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked that the staff <br />supply Council with the organizational <br />chart including names and salaries. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />Council comments and committee reports <br />be accepted and placed on file. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills <br />in the amount of $179,833.53. <br />Councilman Caranci asked if the Rocky <br />Mtn. Conslts. bill $4,248 will be re- <br />funded. Mr. Wurl responded that a part <br />will be refunded by Jacobs-Kahan on <br />water quality. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked about the bill to <br />Musick, Williamson, stating that it is <br />about the same amount as last time. <br />Mr. Wurl thought it was the same hill, <br />but would check on it. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked about the bill <br />for the ditch rider. Mr. Wurl reported <br />that the City pays the ditch rider for <br />water diversion. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the bills <br />be approved and checks issued for the <br />same. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />
