WEEDS CORNER OF LINCOLN & LAFAYETTE STREET Councilman Meier asked that the owner of the property be asked to cut his weeds or a summons be issued. ALCOHOL IN PARKS Councilman Meier stated that he supported the aJcohol regulations in the parks and stated that the young people should take responsiblity for their actions. Councilman DelPizzo recommended that the city check out a spot where the kids could have their beer parties. Mr. Stahl stated that he and Chief Leesman have discussed that and felt that it would be a great risk for the City to have such a spot. ORGANIZATIONAL CHART Councilman Carnival asked that the staff supply Council with the organizational chart including names and salaries. APPROVAL OF REPORTS Councilman Domenico moved that the Council comments and committee reports be accepted and placed on file. Se- conded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $179,833.53. Councilman Caranci asked if the Rocky Mtn. Conslts. bill $4,248 will be re- funded. Mr. Wurl responded that a part will be refunded by Jacobs-Kahan on water quality. Councilman Meier asked about the bill to Musick, Williamson, stating that it is about the same amount as last time. Mr. Wurl thought it was the same hill, but would check on it. Councilman DelPizzo asked about the bill for the ditch rider. Mr. Wurl reported that the City pays the ditch rider for water diversion. Councilman Caranci moved that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried 6-0.
