Corp. <br />Mr. Wur1 explained that Mr. Suitts <br />paid building fees for the same lo- <br />cations twice and therefore the City <br />had to refund the payment. <br /> <br />HYDRANT WATER <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci asked if the water <br />that is being pumped from the hydrant <br />on the Mizel property was being metered. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he did not know <br />but would check on it. <br /> <br />LOW SPOT PINE & LAFARGE <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo if the low spot <br />at Pine and LaFarge was going to be <br />taken care of as it was a hazard. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it is on the list <br />to be patched. <br /> <br />TREE SPRAYING <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if the City <br />could spray residents elm trees for <br />a fee. <br />Dir. Stahl reported that the City is <br />not licensed to do that and could not <br />offer the services. He did note that <br />there are companies that do those services. <br /> <br />JUNK CAR ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked the status on <br />the junk car ordinance. <br />Chief Leesman stated that his officer <br />has met with the attorney's and they <br />are working on getting it corrected. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the one weak link <br />is in the court and Council would have <br />to deal with that. <br /> <br />MOWING OF OPEN SPACE <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked what the plans <br />were for the mowing of open space. <br />Mr. Stahl reported that the crew has <br />already began mowing and have started <br />with the Lake Park area. <br /> <br />WEEDS <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked that the City <br />contact property owners who need to <br />take care of the weeds on their property. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival asked about the <br />hiring of the consultant in the planning <br />department. <br />Mr. Rupp reported that the advertisement <br />will be paid by a grant from HUD.
