<br />BUFFER ZONES <br /> <br />INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 5 <br />May 20, 1980 <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson stated that he would <br />like to have staff review the zoning <br />around the City and also consider buffer <br />zones between different zoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Rupp noted that staff has been dis- <br />cussing the reviewing of zoning around <br />the City and will be doing a study. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson asked Mr. Stahl if the <br />instructors and officials of recreation <br />programs were certified. <br /> <br />Mr. Stahl stated that the instructors ar <br />hired based on their experience and quali- <br />fications, the coaches are mostly parents. <br />He stated that the City does not certify <br />the different instructors <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Counci <br />comments and reports be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Treasurer Hesson read the bills totalling <br />$81,113.06. <br />It was noted that Bill Elrod was left off <br />of the list. <br />Councilman Carnival asked about the bill <br />to Hillhouse Wells Group. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this would be payment <br />on the design work done on City Hall. <br />With no other comments Councilman Domenico <br />moved that the bills be approved and the <br />checks issued for the same. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. Meeting ad- <br />journed at 9:17 P.M. <br />
