<br />GRAZING CONTINUED <br /> <br />ENCLAVE STUDY <br /> <br />JOECKEL-KIRKWOOD <br />REQUEST WITHDRAWAL <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />WATER QUALITY CONTROL <br />COMMISSION <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />REPORT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 6 <br />May 6, 1980 <br /> <br />property for 1980 for grazing and they <br />would accomodate the persons who had <br />contacted the City regarding grazing. <br /> <br />Mr. Stahl stated that the land dedicated <br />to the City has not been fenced off <br />into separate parcels and so with the <br />lease to Jacobs-Kahan Co. the fencing <br />is already up and they would have all <br />responsibilities pertaining to livestock <br />insurance, etc. <br />After comments Councilman Meier moved <br />that the Mayor be authorized to sign the <br />lease with the conditions included in <br />the memo from Mr. Stahl. Seconded by <br />Councilman Fauson. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />A copy of the enclave study was included <br />in the packet for Council review. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the letter from Marvin <br />Sparn withdrawing the annexation request <br />of Mr. Joeckel and Mr. Kirkwood. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the Water Quality <br />Control Commission voted 8-2 in favor of <br />the City on their request. Mr. Wurl <br />stated that at the meeting a report was <br />submitted by Paula Hertzmark, Director <br />of Local Affairs, regarding the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl requested Council's permission <br />to submit information to different <br />people so they can get the correct <br />information from the City. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City <br />Administrator be authorized to send out <br />information to persons and state agencies <br />regarding the misinformation that has <br />been submitted regarding the City. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. 6-0 <br />
