<br />Minutes - Page 2 <br />April 15, 1980 <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />ORDINANCE NO. 671 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 672 <br /> <br />There was no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />City Attorney Joss reported that both <br />Ordinance 671 and 672 were tabled from <br />the last meeting on April 1, 1980. He <br />noted it was requested by the staff to <br />table these ordinances again. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 671 <br />MORRISON ANNEXATION <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl discussed the reason <br />for the ordinance being tabled at the last <br />meeting, the reason being that Morrison <br />couldn't attend the meeting until May 6, <br />1980. Comm. Dev. Dir. Rupp stated Mr. <br />Morrison still wants to pursue the five <br />acre tracks and also wants to make a pre- <br />sentation to Council with some base maps. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance 671 <br />be tabled until the May 6 meeting. Seconded <br />by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 672 <br />MORRISON ZONING <br />SETPUBl:~IC: HEARING <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance No. <br />672 be tabled until May 6, 1980 and the <br />Public Hearing date set for May 6, 1980. <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />DEFERRED COMPENSATION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />METROPOLITAN LIFE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />ICMA PLAN <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 678 <br />ANDERSON ANNEXATION <br />SECOND READING <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution 13 <br />and Resolution 14 be tabled until the May <br />6,1980 meeting. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on second <br />reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened <br />the Public Hearing. Attorney Joss stated <br />that Ordinance 678 was published in full in <br />the Louisville Times, on March 19, 1980 <br />and the Public Hearing notices were publish- <br />ed in the Louisville Times on March 26, 1980 <br />and April 2, 1980. <br /> <br />Denny Drumm, 813 Main St., representing <br />Harold Anderson, petitioner, gave a brief <br />presentation. Anderson has requested <br />annexation of about 7/10 of an acre of land <br />located South of Bella Vista Dr., and North <br />of Daly Road that is also requested RL <br />Zoning. The site is large enough for four <br />single family units. It will be subdivided <br />and brought up before Planning Commission <br />next month if Council approves the annexa- <br />tion and zoning.
