The utilities will work out and there is no variance or easement problems. Councilman Meier asked Mr. Drumm about the entry way on at Bella Vista. Mr. Drumm said the subdivision plans to come down the center and have two driveways onto Bella Vista Dr. Mr. Drumm stated that there would not be any live stock kept on the land. John Rupp stated that the annexation agree- ment has been signed. Mayor Waschak closed the Public Hearing on Ordinance 678. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance 678 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Ayes: Carnival, Fauson, DelPizzo, Domenico, Caranci, Meier Noes: None Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 679 ANDERSON ZONING SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on second reading by title only. Mayor Waschak open- ed the Public Hearing. Attorney Joss stated that Ordinance 679 was published in full in the Louisville Times on March 19, 1980 and that Public Hearing Notices were pub- lished in the Louisville Times on March 26, 1980 and April 2, 1980. AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience in support or opposing the Ordinance. John Rupp commented that Mr. Anderson decided to have four lots. Mayor Waschak closed the Public Hearing. Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance 679 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Ayes: DelPizzo, Domenico, Caranci, Meier Fauson, Carnival. Noes: None Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 680 PARKS & REC. FACILITY AMENDMENT SECOND READING Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on second reading by title only. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance 680 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Roll call. Ayes: Domenico, DelPizzo, Fauson, Carnival, Caranci, Meier. Noes: None Motion carried 6-0.
