He reported <br />that the ordinance was published in its <br />entirety on February 6, 1980. <br />Councilman Meier asked about the sewer <br />rate. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the units would be <br />running into one large line. This would <br />not include condominiums, duplexes or <br />townhouses. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 673 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. <br />Fauson yes, Carnival no, Caranci yes, <br />Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes. <br />Motion carried 5 - 1. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 674 on <br />second reading by title only. He reported <br />that the ordinance was published in its <br />entirety on February 6, 1980. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />No. 674 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Roll call vote. Carnival <br />yes, Fauson yes, Domenico yes, Meier yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 675 for their <br />review and files. Attorney Joss read the <br />ordinance on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance <br />No. 675 be ordered published and a pub- <br />lic hearing set for March 18, 1980. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 676 for their <br />review and files. Attorney Joss read <br />the ordinance on first reading by title <br />only. He stated that this ordinance <br />points out the procedure for any cable <br />television company that would like to <br />come to the City and make application for <br />a license to extend cable television ser- <br />vices within the City limits. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that <br />No. 676 be ordered published. <br />by Councilman Fauson.
