He
felt this was sufficient time to register.

Gene DiCarlo, 104 Aline, stated that he
was on Council when the 50% fee was decided
upon and felt that the Council should stay
with the commitment for this year and
can review the fees for next year.

Councilman Caranci stated that he agrees
the Council should follow the budget; but
the staff and coaches should sit down
and completely review the program and
fees necessary.

Mr. Stahl will have a meeting with the
persons involved and report back to Council.

AUDIENCE C0:HMENTS
RICK LUCE - JOHN LEARY
ORDINANCE REQUEST

Rick Luce 187 Harper St. and John Leary
1116 Lincoln St., present to Council for
their consideration a code of ethics ord-
inance.
Mr. Luce stated that the purpose for this
ordinance was to keep our City as a good
place to live and keep our government
open and honest. After his opening state-
ment, John Leary distributed copies of
the proposed ordinance to Council and
staff and reviewed the different sections
inc luded.
Attorney Joss stated that this is legal for
them to submit this ordinance for review.
After comments Councilman Fauson moved
that discussion on this matter stop until
it has been reviewed by the City Attorney
Council and City staff.
