He noted <br />that this deals with sales tax revenue <br />being applied to the City Hall remodel <br />financing. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />There were no comments, the public hearing <br />was closed. <br />Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance <br />was published in full on January 30, 1980, <br />public hearing notice was published on <br />January 30, and February 6, 1980. <br />comments Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that Ordinance No. 670 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. <br />Domenico no, Carnival yes, Caranci yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, Fauson yes. <br />Motion carried 5 - 1. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that letters were received <br />from various members of the House of <br />Representatives and Senator Armstrong. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this will appear on <br />the next meeting agenda and requested that <br />Council review the memo to be discussed <br />at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the Consortium of <br />Cities meeting will be held in Louisville <br />on March 5, 1980 at 6:30 P.M. Items to <br />be discussed, County Comp Plan, 208 Water <br />Quality and Human Services. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Mr. Hobbs is still <br />working the contract out with the low bid- <br />der and- they will be submitted at the <br />next meeting. <br /> <br />Engineer Richardson gave a report on the <br />proposed school signals and explained the <br />plans to install the signals and reduce <br />speed zones. It was noted that it will <br />be an overhead signal with students being <br />able to push a button to change the light. <br />He stated that the striping will be redone, <br />and some concrete work will be done. <br />Mr. Richardson recommended that the 20 MPH <br />
