<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 5, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier, and Domenico. Other present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Hesson, Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, <br />Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, Police Chief Leesman, City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the min- <br />utes of the January 15, and January 24, meet- <br />ings as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the proper <br />head of business. Seconded by Councilman <br />Carnival. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />APPOINTMENT CITY <br />ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that all the applicants <br />be nominated and voted on by secret ballot. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Ballot Results: <br /> <br />Joss - 5 <br />Howe - 1 <br />Klauber - 0 <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />Goter - 0 <br />Nehls - 0 <br /> <br />Joss was reappointed with 5 votes. <br /> <br />ANDERSON ANNEXATION <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Staff noted the Anderson location which is <br />south of Rose street off of Bella Vista Dr. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Anderson <br />Annexation Request be referred to Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />VACANCY <br /> <br />Staff noted the Joeckel location stating that <br />it is noted as the Coal Creek Ranch and that <br />the creek runs through the property. The <br />parcel is approximately 238 acres. <br />Mr. Rupp reported that the land, east of the <br />Centennial Valley Mall site, zoning has not <br />been finalized some will be residential and <br />a portion out of the urban service area would <br />possible be zoned agricultural. <br />After comments Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br />the request be referred to Planning Commission <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domencio moved that Don Pickett be <br />reappointed to the Board of Adjustments. Se- <br />conded by Counciman Carnival.
