Roof mounted microwave dish antennae shall not extend more <br />than three feet above the height of the roof parapet, nor shall they exceed <br />the maximum building height in the zoning district or applicable design <br />standards, whichever is stricter, unless a height exception for the building <br />has been granted by the city through a variance or PUD approval process, <br />and provided the standards for such process are met. <br /> <br /> Section 8. Section 17.42.030.B.5.b of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined; words to be <br />deleted are o~;~w~ .. ...... <br /> ................ e,h). <br /> <br />b. All mechanical units shall be buffered from streets and pedestrian <br />areas with heavy landscaping to include a mix of evergreen and deciduous <br />shrubs and evergreen trees, and/or architectural screens, as determined <br />necessary by the city ~-~/ ..... ~';*~ .... ~ ....... <br /> <br /> Section 10. Section 17.42.030.B.8.b.3 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined): <br /> <br />3. Screen walls and fences shall be compatible with the adjacent <br />building architecture and their appearance softened with landscape <br />materials to include a mix of evergreen and deciduous shrubs and <br />evergreen trees, as determined necessary by the city. The design and <br />materials for walls and fences shall comply with Section 6.1 of the <br />CDDSG or 6.2 of the IDDSG. <br /> <br /> <br />
