Section 11. Section 17.42.060.D of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined; words to be deleted <br />are ~,~:~l..... ,~ ..... ~,~. <br /> <br />D. A plan for mitigation of visual impacts of the proposed facility, <br />~A detailed landscape and ~radin~ Dian indicating existing <br />and proposed plant materials~ and existing and proposed gradin~ <br />Visual simulations and renderings shall be required. Mitigation <br />techniques such as coloring; screening and landscaping shall be used <br />whenever possible. The level of mitigation required will depend on <br />the location of the proposed facility in relation to topographic <br />features: important visual features,, major public thoroughfares. <br />public recreation areas., residential neighborhoods and other sensitive <br />visual areas. Implementation of a visual impact mitigation plan shall <br />be included as a condition of approval <br /> <br /> Section 12. Section 17.42.060.J of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined; words to be deleted <br />are ~.,~:~l.~ ,~ ...... <br /> ................ ~,b) o <br /> <br />i_!nformation explaining and illustrating the potential search ring used <br />in selecting the proposed site, and information on the locations, <br />characteristics and feasibility of at least two other alternative sites for <br />the proposed CMRS facility. The application shall include a specific <br />statement of reasons why the alternative sites have been rejected or <br />are considered less preferable by the applicant; which statement shall <br />be accompanied by supDortine documentation. The Director <br />Planning Commission or City Council may require that the applicani <br />or a third-party expert reviewer engaged pursuant to Section <br />17.42.100.D, or both, evaluate and provide additional information on <br /> <br />the characteristics or feasibility of any alternative site. <br /> <br /> Section 13. Section 17.42.080.A of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined; words to be deleted are <br />~): <br /> <br />A. The applicant shall submit five copies of a full application as noted in <br />Section 17.42.060, excluding subsection M__~, and any other application <br />requirements that the planning director may waive at the preapplication <br />conference. <br /> <br /> <br />
