<br />Minutes - Dage 4 <br />January 2, 1980 <br /> <br />DWI CONTINUED <br /> <br />After discussion, Mr. Stahl asked if it <br />would be appropriate for him to talk <br />with the attorney to make sure that if <br />disciplinary action is taken and they <br />are two separate cases, that be analyzed <br />and appropriate action be taken. Also <br />he would like to talk with the party's <br />attorney regarding the matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked if Al DiLorenzo <br />was a temporary temployee and if not <br />allowed the benefits to be given written <br />notice. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. DiLorenzo has <br />been informed in writing, but he would <br />submit another copy to Mr. DiLorenzo. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council <br />comments and committee reports be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BENEFITS <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REPORTS <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the meet- <br />ing be adjourned. Seconded by Council- <br />man DelPizzo. Motion carried. Meet- <br />ing adjourned at 8:00 P.M. <br />
