APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT FILTER PLANT GENERATOR PARKING REQUEST WATER CONTRACTS MULHAUSEN WATER BIXLER WATER CORRESPONDENCE APPROVAL CITY ADMIN- ISTRATOR REPORT Minutes - page 3 December 18, 1979 Councilman Kilker moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reported that staff was not able to solicit bids before this meeting. The specs need to finalized and they should be available by the next meeting. Mr.Wurl explained to Council that the businesses on the north side of Spruce St. east of Main are requesting that 15 minute parking signs be posted, as their businesses require short stops for pick up and delivery, by their customers. Discussion was held regarding the load- ind and unloading of supplies to the local businesses, which creates traffic problems when it is done at the front entrance. After comments Councilman DelPizzo moved that 15 minute parking be allowed on Spruce St. from Main St, east to the alley, on the north side of Spruce St. and in front of the temporary City Hall and the Post Office on the east side of Main St. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call vote. DiCarlo no, Caranci no, Meier yes, Kilker no, Berry yes, DelPizzo yes. Tie vote, Mayor Waschak voted yes to carry the motion. Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the Mulhausen Water contract. Seconded by Council- man DelPizzo. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the Bixler water contract. Seconded by Council- man Berry. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Council- man Berry. Motion carried.
