<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECENBER 4, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, <br />Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Chief Munger, Community Devel. <br />Dir. Rupp, Park & Rec. Dir. Stahl,and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the November 27, meeting and <br />the adjourned meeting of November 29, 1979 <br />as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Council- <br />man Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />WALDO'S RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the renewal <br />application was in order. <br />Council voiced their concern at the amount <br />of police reports involved for that bar. <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that a public hearing for the liquor license <br />renewal be set for December 18, 1979, <br />on Waldo's Lounge. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Roll call vote. DelPizzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />MESA POINT P.U.D. AND <br />FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl explained that the P.U.D. approval <br />was for 24 units; however, they are request- <br />ing that the units be increased to 47. <br />He noted that the increase would not change <br />the already approved P.U.D. and that the <br />PLanning Commission has recommended approval <br />of the request. <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 26, approving <br />the increase of units from 24 to 47. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 26 <br />Series 1979, be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Caranci. Motion carried. <br /> <br />LAND EXCHANGE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mesa Point owns the <br />land on the north side of the hill, approx. <br />37 acres, which was not annexed and the <br />City has been working on a possible exchange <br />
