REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECENBER 4, 1979 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Chief Munger, Community Devel. Dir. Rupp, Park & Rec. Dir. Stahl,and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the November 27, meeting and the adjourned meeting of November 29, 1979 as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizzo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Council- man Kilker. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS WALDO'S RENEWAL Attorney Joss reported that the renewal application was in order. Council voiced their concern at the amount of police reports involved for that bar. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that a public hearing for the liquor license renewal be set for December 18, 1979, on Waldo's Lounge. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call vote. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. MESA POINT P.U.D. AND FINAL PLAT AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 Mr. Wurl explained that the P.U.D. approval was for 24 units; however, they are request- ing that the units be increased to 47. He noted that the increase would not change the already approved P.U.D. and that the PLanning Commission has recommended approval of the request. Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 26, approving the increase of units from 24 to 47. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 26 Series 1979, be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Caranci. Motion carried. LAND EXCHANGE Mr. Wurl stated that Mesa Point owns the land on the north side of the hill, approx. 37 acres, which was not annexed and the City has been working on a possible exchange
