<br />CEDARWOOD PARK <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />MC KEE SUIT UPDATE <br />CENTENNIAL VALLY ANNEX- <br />ATION <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />GENERATOR REPORT UPDATE <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL POLICE <br />PERSONNEL REQUEST <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />REPORT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 3 <br />December 4, 1979 <br /> <br />He also noted that there will be two off <br />street parking spaces per unit. <br /> <br />After discussion City Attorney Joss read <br />Resolution No. 25, approving the final <br />plat and final P.U.D. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br />No. 25, Series 1979, be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the City has <br />prepared a response brief and it will <br />be submitted shortly. <br />He stated that the City will be informed <br />as to when the oral argument will be. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that he has talked with <br />many people regarding the generator and <br />that the quotes that were given previously <br />did include the automatic switch overs. <br /> <br />He also stated that several companies were <br />willing to supply a loaner if the City <br />purchased a new generator from their firm. <br />Mr. Wurl suggested that the staff finalize <br />the specs and solicit quotes and give <br />an update at the December 18, meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Chief Munger has <br />requested permission to advertise for <br />three new police officers to beging in <br />January 1980. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Chief Munger <br />be allowed to advertise for additional <br />police officers. Seconded by Councilman <br />Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker moved that the City <br />Administrator report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
