<br />RESCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 27, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker, <br />and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Dir. Community Devel. Rupp, Parks & Rec. <br />Dir. Stahl, Police Chief Munger and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the November 7, 1979 meeting <br />as presenbed. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the en- <br />closurers be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />SENOR T'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Senor T's <br />liquor license be renewed. Seconded by <br />Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ANGELO'S PIZZA 3.2% BEER <br />LICENSE REQUEST - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />for Angelo's Pizza and Subshop 3.2% <br />beer license. <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />was in order and the proper notice had <br />been posted and published properly. <br /> <br />Mr. Chris Walker, attorney representing <br />Mr. Bob Coy, applicant, presented Council <br />with the plans for the establishment. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Coy, applicant stated that the <br />application had been for consumption on <br />and off the premises; however, since <br />there would be two other outlets in <br />that vicinity, he has changed the request <br />to consumption on premises only. <br /> <br />Mr. Walker presented petitions containing <br />57 signatures in favor of the establish- <br />ment. <br /> <br />There were no audience comments for or <br />against the application. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing <br />and turned discussion over to Council. <br />
