<br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br />DESIGNATING HARPER <br />LAKE AS A WILDLIFE <br />SANCTUARY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 667 <br />3.2% BEER SALES <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21 <br />LARELLA STOUT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />OUTSIDE WATER TAP REPORT <br /> <br />Minutes - page 3 <br />November 7, 1979 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 22, <br />establishing the Leon A. Wurl Wildlife <br />Sanctuary located at Harper Lake. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution <br />No. 22 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 667 for their <br />revie'w and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on <br />first reading by title only, stating <br />that this ordinance, if adopted, would <br />restrict the sale of 3.2% beer on <br />Sundays, from 12:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. <br />After comments Councilman Meier moved <br />that Ordinance No. 667 be ordered <br />published. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 21 in <br />honor of Larella Stout who was retiring <br />as librarian. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Resolution <br />No. 21, Series 1979, be adopted. Second- <br />ed by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak presented Mrs. Stout with <br />a plaque in appreciation for all her <br />work and service. <br /> <br />Mr. W'url stated that in the study staff <br />found 93 potential water taps in __the _plan- <br />ning area and outside the planning area <br />a possible 23. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he did not feel that <br />the additional-taps mentioned would effect <br />the supply of our customers, since it <br />would take up to 10 years for all to be <br />connected. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that since most of the <br />taps are wi.thin the City urban service <br />are they will probably annex to the city. <br /> <br />He did not that three of the houses re- <br />questing service are not in the urban <br />service area or the planning area. These <br />are the two proposed houses with the Wooden <br />Shoe school and the Kuykendall residence. <br />
