Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that i:the City had re- <br />quested that a structural engineer <br />inspect the cracks in the foundation <br />and brick and give the City an official <br />opinion of the status of the building. <br /> <br />In his study, the engineer did not pre- <br />sent any structural effects. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that since delivery of <br />vehicles is taking so long, he would <br />like Council's approval to call for <br />bids for vehicles budgeted for in the <br />1980 budget. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Council <br />authorize staff to call for bids on <br />vehicles budgeted for 1980. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that traditionally the <br />City named streets after presidents; <br />however, since all the names have been <br />used, he requested that new streets be <br />named after the City Mayor's. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that past City <br />Mayor's starting with the most recent. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council <br />approve Mr. Wurl's request to close City <br />Hall on Friday, November 16 and block <br />off 1 block of Main Street during the <br />move. Seconded by Councilma DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
