CHANGE ORDER 117 TAYLOR EXCAVATING CHANGE ORDER 115 TAYLOR EXCAVATING PAY EST. 119 DANA KEPNER FINAL PAY ESTIMATE DIAMOND CONTRACTING CO CHANGE ORDER 117 FILTER PLANT DIAMOND PAY EST. #7 AUDIENCE COMMENTS CHIEF MUNGER PRESENTATION INTRODUCTION OF JOHN RUPP Minutes - page 2 October 2, 1979 Councilman Meier moved that Powderhorn Const. be paid the amount of $9,797.35. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilman Berry asked about an engineer reconnnendation. Mr. Wurl noted that all the estimates are signed by the engineers if approved. Councilman Caranci moved that Powderhorn Change Order #7 in the amount of $1,309 be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Change Order 115 for Taylor Exaavating in the amount of $32,894.94 be accepted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman Caranci moved that Pay Est. 119 in the amount of $16,372.54 be approved. Seconded by COtmcilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Dana Kepner final pay estimate in the amount of $3,224.18 be approved. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Change Order #7 for Diamond Contracting in the amount of $3,224.18 be approved. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman Meier asked about the rip rap wasn't adequate for this project. Mr. Wurl stated that the rip rap that the City had stored for another project was no suitable for the project. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Diamond Con- tracting pay est. #7 in the amount of $20,383.52 be approved. Seconded by Coun- cilman Caranci. Motion carried. Chief Munger introduced three new police officer, Elaine Tygart, Gerry Nichols and Donald Burkes. Mr. Wurl introduced the new Director of Connnunity Development John Rupp.
