Mrs. Morrison was in the <br />audience for questions. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the matter <br />be submitted to Planning Commission for <br />their review and recommendation. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />is in order and that the applicants and <br />their representatives were available for <br />questions. He noted the recommended public <br />hearing date be set for October 16, 1979. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Bart's Rest- <br />aurant liquor license public hearing be <br />scheduled for October 16, 1979. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak appointed the following <br />members to the Historical Commission. <br />Rose Ross, Richard Covell, Suzy ~ves tbrook <br />Virginia Caranci, Patricia Stahl, Norman <br />Lawrence, Leonard Fazio, Carolyn Conarroe <br />August Hioco. <br />The Parks & Rec. Director will be attendin <br />the meetings and acting as a laison <br />between the commission and council. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that this Ordinance <br />was brought up on second reading and a pub- <br />lic hearing held on August 21 and the <br />matter was tabled until the leaching pro- <br />blem was corrected. Attoreny Joss stated <br />that an agreement has been made between <br />Mr. Poss and Mrs. Joslin. <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 657 on <br />second reading by title only. <br />Mayor Waschak opened a public hearing. <br />Mrs. Joslin spoke in favor of the Qrdinance. <br />There were no other comments. Public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance NO. <br />657 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, Kilker <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />
