Hinutes - page 3 September 18, 1979 ORDINANCE NO. 658 POSS ZONING SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 658 on second reading by title only. Mayor Was- chak opened the public hearing. Attorney Joss noted that the requested zoning is R-L residential low density. There were no audience comments on this zoning request. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance No. 658 be adopted. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Councilman Meier asked what Mr. Poss's plans were. Mr. Poss statE~d that he plans to build five single family dwellings on the pro- perty. Roll call vOtE~: Berry yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Meier yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 661 on second reading by title only. Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 661 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Councilman Meier asked if the easement had been included on the ordinance as re- quested by Council. Attorney Joss checked the published copy and reported that the easement was in- cluded on the published copy of the Ord- inance and the ordinance could be adopted as Dublished. After discussion Cou~cilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 661 be adopted as published. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 661 ALLEY VACATION SECOND READING ORDINANCE NO. 663 FAUSON ANNEXATION FIRST READING All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 663 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No.663 on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 663 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for October 2, 1979. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried.
