Minutes - page 4 September 4, 1979 SCENIC HEIGHTS LETTER Mr. Wurl stated that the response had been distributed Drior to the request and the letter in the packet was for reference. Chief Munger stated that the parties at the address with high weeds were moving and that the home had been sold. Mayor Waschak stated that he had received a call about how many persons were allowed to live in a home, if they were unrelated. It was noted that not more then three unrelated persons were allowed to live in a house; however, there is no way to de- termine whether the parties are living there or just visiting. DRUMM LAST COUNCIL MEETING Mr. Wurl stated to Council that this meeting was Mr. Drumm's last meeting as the Dir. of Community Development. Mayor Waschak stated that it has been a great pleasure to work with such a talented person, and everyone from out of town that he has talked to was impressed with Louis- ville and the planning that has taken place. Council concurred with Mayor Waschak's statements. Mr. Drumm stat,ed that he was proud that he had the opportunity to work with Coun- cil. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS & COMMITTEE REPORTS COUNCILMAN MEIER - RTD Councilman Heil~r stated that he was not happy with the type of service Louisville has been receiving from RTD and asked if anything could be done to get better ser- vice or get a representative from RTD to the meeting and discuss the issue. Mayor Waschak concurred and would like to see something done. Councilman MeiE~r requested that Attorney Joss check to see if there was any legal action that might be available to the City.
