Seconded by Councilman
Berry. Motion carried.

COUNCIL COMMENTS &
COMMITTEE REPORTS

COUNCILMAN MEIER - RTD

Councilman Heil~r stated that he was not
happy with the type of service Louisville
has been receiving from RTD and asked if
anything could be done to get better ser-
vice or get a representative from RTD
to the meeting and discuss the issue.
Mayor Waschak concurred and would like
to see something done.
Councilman MeiE~r requested that Attorney
Joss check to see if there was any legal
action that might be available to the City.
