Wurl stated that it is scheduled to <br />be installed after the road work is <br />complete. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked Council's feelings <br />as to whether the Consortium should go <br />through the third phase of their pro- <br />gram which would include improving their <br />relations with DRCOG and also building <br />a two tier system with Boulder County. <br />Council concurred that they should con- <br />tinue on with DRCOG. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry reported that he re- <br />ceived a call from Mrs. Lafalette re- <br />garding her neighbors weeds. <br />Councilman Berry stated that he asked her <br />to talk to Chief Munger and if she didn't <br />receive assistance to contact Mr. Wur1 <br />and if that didn't work to let him know <br />if she needed more assistance. <br /> <br />Counci1rr~n Berry gave a brief report on <br />the Colorado Water Congress conference <br />he attended. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry reported that the Bureau <br />of Reclamation announced that there seem <br />to be no geologic problems. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked what progress <br />has been made on the plans. <br />Mr. Wur1 reported that a final draft is <br />being reviewed by staff and they are <br />hoping to solicit estimates for the <br />financing of the project. <br /> <br />Street overlaying in south Louisville <br />should begin on August 21, 1979. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Council <br />comments and committee reports be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read bills in the <br />amount of $97,729.75. Councilman DiCarlo <br />asked that all items being paid or re- <br />paired should be lished for information <br />purposes. <br />
