Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 653 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Roll call. Kilker yes, Berry yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 654 on second n~ading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 654 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes ,. DelPizzo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 657 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 657 on first reading by title only. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 657 be ordered published and a pub- lic hearing be set for August 21, 1979 Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 658 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 658 on first reading by title only. Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 658 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for August 21, 1979. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carril~d. David Stahl, Dir. of Parks & Recreation, explained to Council that the Forest Servirl~ have no funds at this time; how- ever, they are soliciting proposals from communities as to the type of projects they would propose. Mr. Stahl felt that a project to replace and trim trees on Main Street area of the City would be beneficial.
