<br />RESCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 26, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the rescheduled Council meeting to order at 7:30 <br />P.M. with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, <br />Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPIzzo. Others present: City Administra- <br />tor Wurl, City Attorney Joss, Director Commllnity Development Drumm, <br />Director Parks & Recreation Stahl, City Engineer Richardson, City <br />Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTfu~CE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />REQUEST - PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />A & B LIQUORS <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />REAPPOINTMENT <br />JAMES COLLINS <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the June 5, 1979, meeting as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the application <br />was in order and that the proper publi- <br />cations had beem made. <br />He noted that the date for the event was <br />July 15, 1979, for the sale of 3.2% beer <br />at Miner's Field. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />there were no comments for or against. <br />Councilman Berry asked if it was permissible <br />to have the liquor license for public pro- <br />perty. <br />Attorney Joss stated that they have checked <br />with the state and found no problems. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the Special <br />Events liquor license be granted. Seconded <br />by Councilman }~ier. Roll call. <br />DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, <br />Berry yes, Meie~r yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the license <br />was in proper order. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the A & B <br />liquor license renewal be granted. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Meier. <br />Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, BE~rry yes, Meier yes, Kilker <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that Jim Collins be <br />reappointed to the Louisville Housing <br />Authority. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
