Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Flatiron Paving was the <br />low bidder and recommended Council approval of <br />their contract. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Flatiron Paving <br />be awarded the contract for Seal Coating in <br />the amount of $20,935.20. Seconded by Council- <br />man Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Flatiron Paving was the <br />low bidder in the amount of $10,450.80 and <br />recommended Council approve their bid. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Flatiron Paving <br />be awarded the Alley Paving contra~t in the <br />amount of $10,450.80. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Flatiron Paving was the <br />low bidder in the amount of $70,244.94 and <br />recommended that Council approve their bid. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Flatiron Paving <br />be awarded the contract for the Street Overlay <br />project in the amount of $70,244.94. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that no bids came in on the <br />Concrete Projects. He stated that he would <br />come back to Council before any action is taken <br />on the two projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the fence at Helart <br />Park was installed on schedule. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that staff is requesting that <br />the Mayor be authorized to sign the agreement <br />with Hillhouse/Wells to finish the architectural <br />drawings for the City Hall remodeling. Mr. Wurl <br />stated that all reports were returned to the <br />City that were prepared by Mr. Cobern. <br />He also stated that the percentage figure was <br />8% actually less then Mr. Coberns. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. Hillhouse will be <br />presenting some new skeims for Council to <br />review and discuss. <br />
