Felt the size was too large. <br /> <br />2.Recommended tabling of the project until <br />further and real genuine research. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Dennis <br />Drumm summarized and reviewed what <br />has happend with this proposed annexation <br />since they petitioned for annexation to the <br />City of Louisville. <br /> <br />He pointed out that the City had supplied <br />the necessary information to the State Land <br />Use Commission under their annexation <br />standards and criteria, by submitting <br />of the annexation impact statement. He <br />felt that the impact statement was a very <br />extensive and comprehensive analysis of <br />any proposed annexation that has been <br />submitted to any City. <br /> <br />After the information was submitted and <br />revised, a public hearing was held by the <br />Planning Commission on the proposed annex- <br />ation and zoning, at which the Planning <br />Commission adopted Resolution #4, recommending <br />that the annexation and zoning be approved <br />by the City Council with six conditions. <br />He stated that the conditions have been <br />addressed and memos sent to Council for <br />their review. <br /> <br />The matter was brought before the County <br />and they suggested that the City proceed <br />with a comprehensive plan amendment to be <br />submitted to the County Planning Dept. <br />The comp plan amendment was presented to <br />the Louisville Planning Commission and <br />approved which basically designates the <br />vicinity of the proposed shopping center <br />
