<br />Mlnutes .- page 2 <br />February 20, 1979 <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />DON MC KEE <br /> <br />Don McKee, 1045 LaFarge stated that <br />he represented himself and some of <br />his neighbors who have asked him to <br />request that the matter of the shop- <br />ping center which is being proposed <br />for annexation be placed before a vote <br />of the people of Louisville. ~hey <br />respect the Council and think they <br />are doing a good job and feel that <br />this is an important issue. <br /> <br />CHARLES BERARDI <br /> <br />Charles Berardi, Boulder, CO stated <br />that he has polled the Berardi poll in <br />the last three weeks, and stated that <br />the majority of the people that he <br />had talked to in Boulder were in favor <br />of the Louisville shopping center. <br /> <br />Gary McClaren, Boulder, CO stated <br />that he was a student at CU and asked <br />Mr. Drumm's title. <br /> <br />GARY MC CLAREN <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 631 <br />632, 633 AND 634 <br />ANDERSON ANNEXATION <br />AND ZONING REQUEST <br />SECOND READING <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that all ord- <br />inances have been properly published <br />and noticES of public hearing have been <br />made. He then read Ordinance #631, <br />632, 633 and 634 on second reading by <br />title only. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />on Ordinances No. 631, 632, 633 and <br />634. <br />There were no comment for or against <br />the annexation and zoning request. <br />Staff comments: Mr. Drumm stated that <br />the planned development on this pro- <br />perty is two houses and the applicant <br />has agreed to sign a Conservation Ease- <br />ment which would insure that they <br />would not request rezoning for at least <br />five years. <br />Council discussion was held pertaining <br />to the Conservation Easement and their <br />concerns of the property owners re- <br />turning in five years and requesting <br />rezoning. <br />Mr. Drumm stated that in a case where <br />there were several small annexations <br />with the Conservation Easement signed <br />at different times, this enables the <br />
