Minutes - page 3 February 20, 1979 ORDINANCE NO. 631, 632, 633, & 634 CONTINUED City to plan and develope as needed. After discussion Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 631 be denied. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call. Meier no, Berry yes, DiCarlo no, Caranci yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. Ordinance #631 was defeated. ORDINANCE #632, 633 & 634 Attorney Joss stated because of the defeat of Ordinance #631, the 1/6 contiguity with the City is not available therefore Ordinances #632, 633 and 634 are not valid. ORDINANCE NO. 635. WATER &/SEWER TAP FEE INCREASE Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 635 tap fee increases on second reading by title only. He stated that the ordinance was properly published. Councilman Kilker moved that Ord- inance #635 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Roll call. Kilker yes, DiCarlo no, Berry yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 636 BAD CHECK FEE All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance #636 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on first reading stating that the ordinance would allow the City to collect a $5.00 fee on all checks returned by the bank do to insufficient funds, closed accounts, etc. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 636 be ordered published in the Louisville Times. Seconded by Coun- cilman Kilker. Motion carried. STC FINAL P.ll.D. RESOLUTION NO.3 Mr. Robert Whitaker was in attendance and presented the plan on the devel- opment on the site. Councilman DiCarlo stated that he pre- ferred that each unit separately. Councilman Meier asked approximately how many employees would be working out there.
