<br />Minutes - page 3 <br />February 20, 1979 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />631, 632, <br />633, & 634 <br />CONTINUED <br /> <br />City to plan and develope as needed. <br /> <br />After discussion Mayor Waschak closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 631 be denied. Seconded by <br />Councilman Kilker. Roll call. <br />Meier no, Berry yes, DiCarlo no, <br />Caranci yes, Kilker yes. Motion <br />carried. Ordinance #631 was defeated. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #632, 633 <br />& 634 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated because of the <br />defeat of Ordinance #631, the 1/6 <br />contiguity with the City is not <br />available therefore Ordinances #632, <br />633 and 634 are not valid. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 635. <br />WATER &/SEWER TAP <br />FEE INCREASE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 635 <br />tap fee increases on second reading <br />by title only. He stated that the <br />ordinance was properly published. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that Ord- <br />inance #635 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Caranci. Roll call. Kilker <br />yes, DiCarlo no, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 636 <br />BAD CHECK FEE <br /> <br />All members of Council had before <br />them a copy of Ordinance #636 for their <br />review and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on <br />first reading stating that the ordinance <br />would allow the City to collect a <br />$5.00 fee on all checks returned by the <br />bank do to insufficient funds, closed <br />accounts, etc. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 636 be ordered published in the <br />Louisville Times. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Kilker. Motion carried. <br /> <br />STC FINAL P.ll.D. <br />RESOLUTION NO.3 <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Whitaker was in attendance <br />and presented the plan on the devel- <br />opment on the site. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he pre- <br />ferred that each unit separately. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked approximately <br />how many employees would be working <br />out there. <br />
