We met what they asked <br />us for. <br /> <br />Joss: Has title to that property been transferred <br />yet? <br /> <br />Caranci: It's the same questions you asked before <br />No. <br /> <br />Joss: At this present time the Aquarius group owns <br />that property. <br /> <br />Caranci: Theoretically yes, but we don't because <br />under the annexation we have to give it to you. <br /> <br />Joss: You have title to it, is that correct? <br /> <br />Caranci: I mean you are asking me a nebulous question <br /> <br />Joss: Mr. Caranci, were you aware of the existance <br />of the Louisville Comprehensive Plan at the time that <br />you first approached the City staff for annexation of <br />this property. <br /> <br />Caranci: Yes. <br /> <br />Joss: And, do you think that you and the other owners <br />of the property were aware of how this property was <br />designated in the Louisville Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Caranci: Well there was never anything designated <br />on usage of it, just open space; but you have alot <br />of open space that is being changed every day. <br /> <br />Joss: But, you were aware at the time that you applied <br />that the property in question here was designated as <br />open space in the comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Caranci: Yes. <br /> <br />Joss: I have no further questions. <br /> <br />Porter: Mr. Mayor, At this point in time I would <br />like to submit several exhibits just to make them <br />a part of the record . <br />
