Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />AREATOR <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the areator <br />parts are now being received and the <br />areator will be fixed :ilinm.ediately. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo requested that a <br />maintenance sheet be kept on all ve- <br />hicles as he did not feel the persons <br />using them are taking care of them. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked that a small <br />shelter be built for the geese at the <br />sewer plant. <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE SHEET <br /> <br />SHELTER FOR GEESE <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE MAN <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker asked when the <br />maintenance/mechanic was scheduled to <br />be hired. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that:he would like to <br />hired by January 1, 1979. <br /> <br />LIFT PUMP STATION <br /> <br />Councilman Meier asked about the <br />auxiliary power for the lift pump <br />station. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that they are working <br />on the cost and what is needed. <br /> <br />FLIGHT FOR LIFE DINNER <br /> <br />Councilman Meier stated that he attended <br />the dinner and was sorry to see that <br />persons who had tickets did not attend. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked about the <br />legality of the City's expansion fee. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Broomfield <br />expansion fee is different in wording <br />and method of collection, then the <br />City of Louisville's. The City <br />Attorney will be reviewing our ordinance. <br /> <br />SERVICE EXPANSION FEE <br /> <br />HOLD UP ON BILL <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that the <br />finance committee held up on one bill <br />for a canopy at Miner's Field. He <br />stated that the bill should have been <br />forwarded to the American Legion as <br />it was their project. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />Council comments and committee report <br />be accepted and placed on file. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br /> <br />carried. <br />
