Minutes - page 4 October 17, 1978 ORD. NO. 623 CONTINUED Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Attorney Joss read the ordinance on first reading stating that he felt Council should consider the public hearing as this is an important issue. With no other comments, vote was made. Motion for publication and public hearing carried. ORDINANCE NO. 614 THROUGH NO. 618 BOULDER COUNTY -STC SECOND READING PUBLIC HEARING Attorney Joss stated that all of the ordinances deal with one annexation and felt that it would be proper to hold one public hearing_then act on each ordinance separately. Attorney Joss stated that the proper publications and notice of public hearings were made on Ordinances No. 614,615,616 617 and 618. Attorney Joss read Ordinances NO. 614, 615, 616, 617 and 618 on second reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Mr. Richard Snow, representing STC, spoke in favor of the annexation re- quest. There were no other comments and the public hearing was closed. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 604 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance No. 615 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 616 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Kilker yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried.
